Mission: 
​Provide support, encouragement, assets, space, and training to prepare students for life after high school, by delivering an experience using technology, deploying business processes, utilizing teamwork, and working in a professional and respectful environment.

Making the Mission a Reality:

• Provide an environment that allows students to interact and develop STEM skills through hands on projects
• Training/mentorship in CAD, Mechanical, Electrical, Programming, Safety, Program Management, and Business/Finance skills
• Competitive and fun activities – recognizing excellence in STEM achievement
• Working with the community to develop an appreciation of the benefits of community involvement and giving back to others
• The freedom to fail but to learn from those failures
